By placing an order on BASED Alt-Wear, you agree to the following terms:

Products: All items are made to order via print-on-demand. Colors may slightly vary due to screen settings and printing processes.

Pricing: All prices are in EUR and include applicable VAT for EU customers. Customers outside the EU may be subject to local import duties and taxes.

Orders: Once an order is placed and production has begun, it cannot be cancelled or modified.

Intellectual Property: All designs are the exclusive property of BASED Alt-Wear. Reproduction or commercial use without written permission is prohibited.

Liability: BASED Alt-Wear is not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events beyond our control.

Governing Law: These terms are governed by EU consumer protection law and applicable French law.
