HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

Browse our collections, select your size and color, add to cart, and proceed to checkout. Payment is processed securely through Shopify.

CAN I MODIFY OR CANCEL AN ORDER?

Since production starts immediately after order confirmation, modifications are only possible within the first 2 hours. Contact us as soon as possible.

WHAT PAYMENTMETHODS ARE ACCEPTED?

We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay through our secure Shopify checkout.


SIZING

WHAT FIT ARE OUR T-SHIRTS?

All pieces are unisex with a regular fit. We recommend checking the size chart on each product page.

HOW DO OUR SIZES RUN?

Our garments are true to size. When in doubt, size up for a more relaxed look.

HOW LONG DOES PRODUCTION TAKE?

Each item is printed on demand. Production takes usually 2-5 business days.

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

After production: 3-7 business days within Europe, 5-12 business days for most international orders. And 10-20 business days for some countries.

DO WE SHIP WORLDWIDE?

Yes. We ship to most countries. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order has been shipped.


RETURNS AND QUALITY

CAN I RETURN AN ITEM?

Since each piece is made to order specifically for you, we cannot accept returns for change of mind. Defective or damaged items are replaced at no cost.

WHAT IF I RECEIVE A DEFECTIVE ITEM?

Contact us with photos of the defect. We'll send a replacement free of charge.

WHAT IS THE PRINT QUALITY?

We use DTFlex printing — the new industry standard for premium graphic tees. Vivid colors, sharp detail, built to survive hundreds of washes.

WHAT MATERIALS DO YOU USE?

Premium 100% ring-spun cotton, pre-shrunk, mid-weight (180-200 GSM). Soft, durable, and designed to hold its shape.
