Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with European Directive 2011/83/EU, you have a period of 14 calendar days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to provide any reason or pay any penalties.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. The refund will be issued within 14 days following receipt of the returned product, using the same payment method used for the purchase.
⚠️ Exception: personalized or made-to-order products, including print-on-demand items, are exempt from the right of withdrawal in accordance with Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU.
Refunds
In the event of a defective product or an error on our part, we will cover the replacement or provide a full refund. Please contact us within 30 days of receipt, including a photo of the issue.
Production and Shipping
All products are made to order. Please allow 2–5 business days for production before shipment.
