Refund policy

All BASED Alt-Wear products are made to order. As such, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, wrong size selection, or buyer's remorse.

Defective or incorrect items: If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us at contact@basedaltwear.shop within 30 days of receipt with photos of the issue. We will arrange a free replacement at no cost to you.

Right of withdrawal: Under EU Consumer Rights Directive, the right of withdrawal does not apply to made-to-order or personalized goods (Article 16(c)). As all our products are produced on demand, they are exempt from the standard 14-day return right.

Refunds: Refunds are only issued in cases of defective products or fulfillment errors. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
